+Brief

Runway, a retail space perfectly positioned in Silicon Beach, was in the midst of a full remodel. They needed to re-create the Runway brand to reflect the exciting changes that were underway. We partnered with the architectural firm that was heading up the project to tell their new story and attract new clientele.

+Solution

We started with a new brand identity and then created a three-part editorial series called, “Space”. “Space” would serve as an unconventional leasing book, and free magazine that people would want to read. This was the beginning of their new story—one re-imagined by the community that surrounds it.
